The KaimÄtai Pakihi Matua - Senior Business Analyst, contributes to the development and delivery of a planned and systematic work programme working with stakeholders to identify opportunities to create organisation-wide consistency in process and system initiatives and improvements across Te Puni KÅkiri
The Senior Business Analyst works with the Business Analysts and Manager to provide high-quality analysis, performance information and reporting for knowledge systems. This involves gathering and analysing business requirements and improvement proposals and advising on the effects and benefits of proposed changes. They provide and contribute to fit-for-purpose advice and solutions that not only meet the needs of the organisation and comply with legislative and mandated requirements, but also contribute to achieving outcomes that enable thriving whÄnau.
The Senior Business Analyst is proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis and applies broad knowledge of design and analysis methodology and understanding to support an enduring, customer-centric experience. This means designing and applying tools and models to analyse workforce and workload planning, business data and business processes.
The Senior Business Analyst will lead within the team, by championing best practice, leading key projects, and mentoring other Business Analyst Team members. They will work across the organisation to ensure that projects are aligned to internal strategies, government strategies, and industry standards.
